At Dream Moment, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality photography and videography services. Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties. Please read this policy carefully before booking any services.
2. Booking Fees and Deposits Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is essential to secure your date and is non-refundable under any circumstances, except as outlined in Section 3 below. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due before the final delivery of the photos or videos. Once the final payment is made, it is considered non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you cancel your booking more than [X] days before the scheduled service date, you will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit. If you cancel within [X] days of the scheduled service date, you may be responsible for paying the full amount of the agreed-upon fee, depending on the terms outlined in the contract.
Dream Moment-Initiated Cancellation:
In the rare event that Dream Moment needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, etc.), we will offer a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit. Alternatively, we may provide the option to reschedule the service.
4. Refunds for Services Rendered
Service Quality: We are committed to delivering high-quality work. If you are unsatisfied with the final product due to technical issues or errors on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your final deliverables. We will review your concerns and, if necessary, make appropriate corrections at no additional cost. No Refunds for Change of Mind: Once the services have been rendered and the final product has been delivered, refunds will not be provided for change of mind, personal preferences, or subjective dissatisfaction.
5. Rescheduling
Client-Initiated Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your service, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee, especially if the request is made within [X] days of the original service date. 6. Return of Products
Digital Products: All digital products, including photos and videos, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not possible once the files have been delivered. Physical Products: If you receive any physical products (e.g., photo albums, prints), and they are damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
